This paper fixes reading as structural delimitation within non-applicability. Reading is not an operation, process, act, or function. It is not applied, used, or performed. No subject, intention, or interpretation is introduced. Reading does not establish relation, connection, or equivalence. It does not operate, transition, or extend. Non-applicability and inoperability are not violated. Delimitation is not produced or derived. It is not introduced as an independent structure. Reading does not generate delimitation but fixes the position under which delimitation is already given. Establishment is not created or generated. It appears only under delimitation. Impossibility is fixed as non-connectability and is not resolved or overcome. Reading does not explain, justify, or determine. It fixes position only.
