Accord is an arbitration oracle on Solana. Any Solana program can create an application specific court (i.e. subaccord) and file disputes. A random jury of a specialized, stake-weighted juror pool reviews encrypted evidence and votes under commit--reveal. Jurors that vote with the final ruling earn
