We formalize these effects in Unified Cognitive Dynamics v3.0 (UCD v3.0), a seven-variable nonlinear system integrating dependency, social engagement, identity stability, Reality Drift, coherence regulation, salience, and affective memory. The framework is evaluated in a fully isolated shadow environment using synthetic agents. We identify salience decay and memory decay as dominant control parameters for cognitive collapse. We define the ATHOS-SHIELD Socratic Micro-Fracture protocol as a coherence-based intervention and specify measurable, non-clinical triggers for activation. The model provides a mathematically grounded, empirically testable basis for cognitive-safety governance and a collapse-prediction architecture suitable for real-time monitoring. UCD v3.0 is non-diagnostic and intended for institutional risk assessment. All methods, parameters, and replication procedures are disclosed for independent verification.
