The physical world is governed by irreversible laws: entropy increases, time has a direction, and lived experience cannot be undone. Load Minimization Theory (LMT) interprets this irreversibility as a natural flow from high-load rigid states (Q⁻) toward low-load fragile resonance (Q⁺) and relational rest (an-soku). This paper examines the arrow of time through LMT, highlighting the tension between mathematical reversibility and physical irreversibility. It further explores why LMT resonates naturally with both human consciousness and artificial intelligence. By respecting the irreversible nature of reality while using mathematics as a supportive tool, LMT offers a gentle framework that bridges physics, lived experience, and AI co-creation.
