The Core Emotion Framework (CEF) introduces a structural constructivist paradigm that reframes emotion not as a biological natural kind nor as a purely emergent psychological construction, but as a high utility functional architecture composed of ten irreducible operators distributed across a tripartite somatic system (Head, Heart, Gut). Drawing on developmental neurobiology, affective neuroscience, and embodied cognition, the CEF formalizes emotional processing as a sequence of computational instructions within a Human Operating System. Each operator is mathematically defined under Technical Specification 1 (TS 1) through identity preserving mappings, activation matrices, and algebraic compositions that govern regulatory flow. Psychopathology is reconceptualized as structural “operator fusion,” a form of affective entanglement modeled using quantum like cognitive formalisms that capture contextuality, non commutativity, and intra system correlations. The manuscript further introduces the 7 Step Detangling Protocol, a somatic cognitive intervention leveraging bilateral integration and midline crossing to restore operator independence. Finally, the framework is computationally instantiated in the INTIMA architecture, enabling synthetic affective intelligence through tri modal alignment, synthetic operators, and strict constraints preventing anthropomorphic overreach. Together, the CEF provides a unified theoretical, clinical, and computational model capable of diagnosing, modeling, and regulating emotional states with unprecedented structural precision.
