The Core Emotion Framework (CEF) advances a structural constructivist model of affect that resolves the long standing divide between biological essentialism and psychological constructionism by treating emotions as computational operator functions within a hardware independent “Human Operating System.” This paper consolidates and extends the CEF architecture by mapping the Decalogue of ten functional operators to somatic centers, personality typology, obsessive compulsive loop mechanics, and systemic neuroendocrine regulation. First, the framework’s tiered epistemological structure is formalized, distinguishing high certainty operator dynamics from mid certainty somatic centers and low certainty neural hypotheses. Second, the nine Enneagram types are reinterpreted as stabilized operator dominance configurations, with the Deciding operator serving as an executive anchor that prevents runaway affective loops. Third, obsessive compulsive phenomena are modeled using operator fusion dynamics and differential equations that capture entanglement weights, activation thresholds, and Deciding anchor bypass. Fourth, the paper contrasts three somatic conative configurations—Boosting–Constricting, Accepting–Constricting, and Boosting–Accepting—demonstrating how each produces distinct autonomic, muscular, and behavioral signatures. Finally, the manuscript integrates these operator dynamics with systems neuroendocrinology, showing how chronic operator fusions dysregulate the HPA axis, collapse the DMN–ECN connectivity gradient, and drive metabolic phenotypes such as visceral adiposity. Together, these contributions position the CEF as a unified computational somatic architecture capable of explaining personality structure, psychopathology, stress physiology, and adaptive resilience within a single mechanistic framework.
