Kasei-Theory I.Continuity: Maintained Readability Without Ontological
This paper presents the first system of Kasei-Theory as a non-modal readability maintainability architecture. The paper does not propose a metaphysics of continuity, a temporal continuum theory, or an ontology of smooth existence. Instead, it fixes continuity, readability stabilization, local maintainability, ordering constraint, configurational smoothing, weak continuity, constrained invariance, retention, and maintainability conditions as distributed structural positions within constrained local readability maintainability. Continuity does not establish ontological continuity. Continuity does not establish temporal flow. Continuity does not establish infinite divisibility. Ordering does not establish causal succession. Retention does not guarantee maintainability. Maintainability does not establish preserved continuity. Retention and maintainability remain locally co-constrained without stable separation into independent preservation structures. Configurational smoothing does not establish universal continuity. Failed retention does not negate differentiation. The first system remains non-total and non-final without causal grounding, transcendental continuity, universal stabilization, or final philosophical closure. No subject is presupposed. No transcendental continuity is secured. This paper is part of Kasei-Theory.
