This paper examines boundary within the first system of Kasei-Theory through a non-modal structural framework. The paper does not treat boundary as outside, exteriority, negation, spatial enclosure, terminal interruption, or transcendental limit. Instead, boundary is fixed as a constrained maintainability limitation within a readability maintainability architecture, where configurational differentiation no longer remains locally maintainable without transition into exteriority, total unreadability, or complete configurational erasure. Boundary does not establish outside. Boundary does not establish exteriority. Boundary does not establish negation. Unreadability does not establish external absence. Boundary also does not establish total unreadability, universal collapse, or transcendental separation. The paper argues that boundary need not be grounded in external separation, ontological exclusion, spatial limitation, terminal loss, or metaphysical exteriority. Boundary is therefore not treated as an external limit, but as a constrained structural condition under which configurational differentiation reaches local maintainability limitation without total dissolution. No subject, ontological grounding, external limit, or completed boundary structure is introduced. This paper is part of Kasei-Theory.
