Kasei-Theory I.Physics: Physics Without Application or Operation
This paper examines physics within the first system of Kasei-Theory through a non-modal structural framework. The paper does not propose a physical theory, a metaphysics of matter, a theory of natural law, a model of causal explanation, or a structure of measurable reality. Instead, physics is fixed as a constrained configurational placement within a readability maintainability architecture, where physical description remains locally maintainable without operational closure, natural grounding, measurement as total grounding, or total calculable completion. Physics does not establish natural grounding. Physics does not establish causality. Physics does not establish measurement as total grounding. Physics does not establish operational predictability. Physical description is therefore not treated as an explanatory or operational foundation, but as a constrained structural position within local readability maintainability. The paper argues that physics need not be grounded in natural law, causal explanation, measurable reality, operational execution, technological applicability, or calculable deployment. Physics is fixed only as a local configurational condition under which configurational differentiation remains constrained without transition into explanatory universality, operational closure, or total formal completion. No subject, natural grounding, operational structure, or total configurational stabilization is introduced. This paper is part of Kasei-Theory.
