Business Administration Department, School of Business and Computer Studies, St. Dominic College of Asia, Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines Description Snack chips are frequently referred to be “empty calories” while being a very popular and convenient food due to their high fat and sodium content. This study investigates the viability of providing Eggitarian Baked Chips, a healthier substitute for conventional fried snacks in selected areas of Cavite, Philippines, particularly in Barangays Alapan I-A, Imus City and Toclong II-B, Kawit. Market demand, supply conditions, technical operations, financial viability, and socioeconomic contributions are all assessed in this study. Slovin’s method was used to choose 395 respondents for a descriptive study design. The results show that 77.74% of respondents said they would be willing to buy the suggested product, and 98.45% of respondents are open to trying new food items. Demand forecasts reveal a significant disparity between supply and demand, suggesting a robust market opportunity. An anticipated first-year gross profit of more than ₱1,000,000 is revealed by financial analysis. Based on the study’s findings, the suggested enterprise has a good chance of being profitable and gaining market approval.
