Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 90–508, § 2 , Sept. 21, 1968 , 82 Stat. 861 , which provided for judgment funds to be divided equally between the Cherokee Delawares and the Delaware Tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
