Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 90–114, § 2 , Oct. 24, 1967 , 81 Stat. 335 , which provided for funds remaining after payment of expenses to be distributed in equal shares to members of the tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
