Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 90–114, § 4 , Oct. 24, 1967 , 81 Stat. 335 , which exempted funds distributed under the provisions of this subchapter from Federal and State income taxes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
