Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 89–660, § 4 , Oct. 14, 1966 , 80 Stat. 911 , which exempted funds distributed under the provisions of this subchapter from Federal and State income taxes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
