Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 89–659, § 2 , Oct. 14, 1966 , 80 Stat. 909 , which related to advances or expenditures from judgment funds and persons entitled to per capita payments from such funds, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
