Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 89–655, § 1 , Oct. 14, 1966 , 80 Stat. 905 , which related to division of judgment funds on the basis of tribal membership rolls and advances or expenditures from tribal funds, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
