Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 90–76, § 3 , Aug. 29, 1967 , 81 Stat. 177 , which provided for estates of members dying intestate without heirs to escheat to the tribe and be held thereafter in trust for the tribe by the United States, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
