Editorial Notes Codification Section, Pub. L. 91–264, § 3 , May 22, 1970 , 84 Stat. 261 , which provided that the exercise of all powers granted the Hopi Tribal Council by this subchapter be subject to the approval of the Secretary of the Interior, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
