33 U.S.C. § 1976 — Authorization of appropriations

Of the amounts authorized under section 1968(a) of this title , the Secretary of Commerce shall use up to $1,000,000 to carry out this subchapter. ( Pub. L. 109–449, § 126 , formerly Pub.
