Background nav wants all employees to have a modern and efficient digital workplace. We have the user at the centre, and it is crucial for us that tools in this area simplify working life and contribute to good efficiency and productivity. At the same time, the system shall ensure good flow of data across systems and applications and ensure cooperation and digital security. We also see an increasing need for efficient and user-friendly solutions, including artificial intelligence, which can support employees in their everyday work. At the same time, we see it necessary to assess the current geo-political situation, particularly connected to supplier dependency, as well as increase our degree of digital sovereignty. Before we move on, we would like a systematic dialogue with the market on needs, possibilities, limitations and risk factors. The supplier conference shall contribute to: Inform the market about nav ́s area of work, background for the ongoing process and explain the current situationInform about future needs, strategic direction, ambition for future solutionThrough the further market dialogue we would like to: Get better insight into market possibilities, such as solution alternative, new technology, competence, capacity and experience from the introduction of similar systems Understand how a future set up can ensure that Nav ́s requirements are met, And how any collaboration and implementation can unfoldIdentifie the success criteria and pitfalls of such a procurementWe would particularly like a dialogue with: Suppliers of products and systems within interaction and productivity, client, security and conformity, and identity Consultant, consultancy and implementation environments with experience from projects connected to the implementation of digital workplace Reference customersPractical informationThe supplier conference will take place in the Directorate ́s premises in the Match Alliance 1 at Helsfyr in Oslo, Norway. A link to the digital system will be sent out to the relevant tenderers prior to the meeting. It will be possible to book time for short 1:1 meetings after the conference. These 1:1 meetings can be held locally or digitally. Register for interest in the contracting authority ́s KGV, Ivalua. We will ensure that tenderers who have given advice do not get a competitive advantage in the implementation of the competition. Costs that the tenderer incurs in connection with the preparation, delivery and follow-up of the market dialogue will not be refunded by the contracting authority. Participation in the market dialogue does not obligate tenderers to hold any competition, at the same time that participation in the market dialogue is not a prerequisite for participating in a subsequent competition. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to adapt the tender documentation to the advice and input that comes in connection with the dialogue. Both the Public Procurement Act and the Public Administration Act have provisions that ensure protection for the tenderer's business secrets that may be shared in the dialogue. supplies 48517000 72266000 48000000 72263000 anyw-cou NOR
