The aim is that the tool shall be user friendly, robust and developed in line with the market, with integrations with the existing infrastructure and open APIs for data sharing. The agreement will give counties the possibility to make call-offs on ongoing service contracts (SSA-L) with the chosen tenderer. As a minimum the system shall include KGV and KAV with archive needs safeguarded, as well as an option for migration of historical data. Options such as a procurement analysis tool (Spend) with integration with source data can also be included. The procurement shall ensure: Efficiency of the procurement work and improved use of resources. Automation and improved work flow for competitions and contract follow-up. Reduced complexity so that several parts of the organisation can use the tool. Better compliance with the rules and support for future legislative changes. Future integration of artificial intelligence, in particular with Microsoft 365 and Azure. Standard delivery: KGV and KAV with integration with Doffin, TED and the current announcement form.
