This paper presents Version 2 of the Corpus Ignaciano, a unified framework for understanding operational existence, structural irreversibility, and the conditions under which conscious experience can emerge. The framework integrates three components: (i) T.G.E.O., a formal architecture grounded in structural stability, functional coherence, and effective action; (ii) the Operium, the logically necessary but inobservable substrate that precedes any operating system; and (iii) the Ignacio, a dual-level unit of transition. Version 2 introduces a key refinement: an Ignacio is not only a non‑invertible transformation, but a transformation conditioned by a temporal context that cannot recur. Irreversibility is therefore both structural and contextual. Computational evidence supports this distinction: after an irreversible collapse, a system can reorganize functionally but cannot reconstruct its original temporal geometry. Adaptation is not reversion; it is transformation under damage. Level 1 irreversibility is necessary for conscious transition, but Level 2 requires an additional condition—the G‑Principle—which specifies when irreversibility generates sustained internal coherence rather than degradation. The Corpus Ignaciano thus formalizes the structural conditions under which the question of consciousness becomes well‑posed.
