This paper proposes a framework—Veritas Opportunus (VO)—for understanding how physical events become experientially meaningful to biological observers. VO posits that the present moment humans experience is not an instantaneous point, but a finite temporal–spatial integration window, approximately 10–15 seconds in duration, within which perception, memory, contextual information, and inference are assembled into a coherent experiential “now.” Drawing on relativity, quantum delayed-choice experiments, perceptual neuroscience, evolutionary biology, and causal constraints imposed by the speed of light, the paper argues that many interpretive difficulties in quantum mechanics arise from an unexamined assumption that experiential resolution must occur at an instant. VO does not modify physical law or propose new dynamics. Instead, it clarifies the temporal boundary between physical evolution and experiential integration, offering a biologically grounded account of when events become meaningful to observers.
