儒家思想批判与自然文明重建 A Critique of Confucianism and the Reconstruction of Natural Civilization

摘要 Abstract 本文综合梳理杨兴平（Charles X. Yang）在PhilArchive发表的十余篇儒家研究论文，从宇宙观、人格论、治理论、历史论、比较哲学五个维度，提炼其核心批判命题。作者以【老-杨创世纪宇宙观】为元框架，揭示儒家思想是一套脱离宇宙自然秩序、依赖人为建构的意识形态体系，其内在矛盾、历史危害与现代困境均源于背离【道法自然】这一根本原则。文章最终指出走向自然文明的重建路径。 This paper synthesises over ten PhilArchive publications by Charles X. Yang on Confucianism, distilling their core critical propositions across five dimensions: cosmology, personality theory, governance theory, historical analysis, and comparative philosophy. Using the Lao–Yang Genesis Cosmology as the overarching framework, the author reveals Confucianism as an ideological system disconnected from the natural cosmic order—one built on human-made constructs whose internal contradictions, historical harms, and modern predicaments all stem from its betrayal of the foundational principle that 'Dao follows Nature.' The paper concludes by pointing toward a path for rebuilding Natural Civilization.
