God, Quantum Intelligence, and Human Free Will: A Systems-Theological and Scientific Interpretation

This paper examines the idea that God may operate through a form of “quantum intelligence,” meaning a mode of awareness capable of simultaneously knowing multiple possible realities while allowing human free will to function. Rather than proposing a supernatural mechanism outside nature, the study interprets divine action as operating through the deepest laws of reality — particularly probabilistic and relational structures found in quantum physics and systems theory. The paper integrates theology (divine omniscience), philosophy (free will vs determinism), and physics (quantum indeterminacy and consciousness theories). It concludes that divine foreknowledge and human freedom can coexist if God knows all possible outcomes rather than forcing a single predetermined future.
