This paper proposes the Structural Ownership Model as a unified framework for understanding agency, free will, moral responsibility, and divine guidance within a fully causal and computable universe. Rather than opposing determinism or invoking metaphysical exceptions, the model reconceptualizes freedom through the notion of structural ownership of action. Human beings are understood as layered structures in which agency emerges gradually through increasing levels of inner coherence and guidance. The soul is treated as a real guiding structure that ranges from reactive organization to higher forms of alignment with the ultimate ground of reality. Within this framework, determinism does not negate freedom, moral responsibility is preserved and deepened, and divine guidance operates not as external coercion but as structural alignment. The model offers a third path between classical libertarianism and hard determinism, preserving both causal integrity and ethical meaning.
