Kasei-Theory I.Constraint: Constraint Without Determination
This paper examines constraint within the first system of Kasei-Theory through a non-modal structural framework. The paper does not treat constraint as determination, causal regulation, necessity, prohibition, or universal structural law. Instead, constraint is fixed as a local condition within readability maintainability, where configurational differentiation remains maintainable without deterministic closure, universal stabilization, or total configurational coherence. Constraint does not establish determination. Constraint does not establish necessity, determinism, causal enforcement, or universal regulation. Constraint also does not establish closure, finalized arrangement, completed coherence, or total structural integration. The paper argues that constraint need not be grounded in causal law, metaphysical determinism, transcendental regulation, or universal ordering. Constraint is therefore not treated as an explanatory principle, but as a constrained structural condition under which configurational differentiation remains locally maintainable without completion. No subject, deterministic structure, universal necessity, or total configurational closure is introduced. This paper is part of Kasei-Theory.
