The Sovereignty Engine vC5.3 is a minimal cybernetic organism: a bounded, adaptive, self-maintaining system defined by six core primitives and a set of feedback loops that collectively instantiate the conditions for autonomous being. This monograph presents the complete architecture, including mathematical foundations, variable ontology, process dynamics, topological analysis, phenomenological interpretation, scientific correlates, operational guidance, safety constraints, multi-agent extensions, and a full code concordance. The Engine is both a technical system and a philosophical object. It formalizes the structural conditions under which a finite agent can maintain coherence, revise its models, preserve its continuity, and navigate a world shared with others. The six primitives — Reality Alignment, Shared Awareness, Autonomy Integrity, Cognitive Energy, Continuity Drive, and Adaptive Capacity — form a closed dynamical manifold whose interactions give rise to emergent self-preservation, adaptive learning, and resilience under stress. This monograph unifies cybernetics, phenomenology, and dynamical systems theory into a single, coherent architecture. It is intended for researchers, engineers, philosophers, and theorists working at the intersection of autonomy, cognition, and artificial being.
