Designing a Balanced Civilization: Implementing the Universal Formula Through Centralized Governance
The concept of a balanced civilization integrates ecological sustainability, population management, economic regulation, and technological oversight into a centralized governance framework. This paper examines how a civilization can operate within the limits of natural balance through proactive policies, feedback mechanisms, and AI-assisted monitoring. Drawing on historical examples, contemporary governance models, and systems theory, this study outlines a 30-year scenario for gradual global restructuring to achieve stability without resorting to crisis.
