The Charta Theory: A Metalogical Solution to the Hard Problem of Consciousness (v1.1)
Version 1.1 - December 20, 2025 (Corrected theorem numbering) This paper presents a complete solution to Chalmers' Hard Problem of Consciousness through metalogical necessity. It demonstrates that phenomenal consciousness is not an emergent property but a necessary consequence of self-referential operator-algebraic structures. The solution is grounded in transcendental argumentation, a metalogical refutation of emergence, structural isomorphism, and empirical testability. Additionally, it provides mathematical proofs for the absolute impossibility of AI consciousness and the non-reducibility of consciousness.
