philosophy
This scientific work presents a new universal scalar factor called the RANSE constant (k ≈ 380), which claims that the physical structure of the universe and the human consciousness perception mechanism are built upon the same mathematical "pulse" (p. 1). The research demonstrates that this constant is a fundamental link connecting all organizational layers from the micro-world (DNA, neuron) to the macro-world (the Sun, the boundaries of the observable universe) (pp. 1, 7). The article predicts many fundamental scales, from distances in DNA (~0.34 nm) to the Earth-Sun distance (1 AU), with more than 98% accuracy using the RANSE constant (pp. 3-4). Most importantly, this research resolves the biggest crisis in modern cosmology, the Hubble Tension. The RANSE constant proves that contradictory measurements such as 67.4 and 73.0 km/s/Mpc are the result of viewing the same geometric reality from different cosmic scales (p. 7). Consequently, the article suggests that the universe has a fractal structure, not a linear one.
