.Abstract The Wolfram Physics Project (WPP), initiated by Stephen Wolfram, seeks to derive the fundamental laws of physics from hypergraph-based computational models. While the project has made notable progress, critical gaps remain, including the derivation of the Standard Model, unification of quantum mechanics and general relativity, and testable experimental predictions. This paper proposes the integration of three universal laws—Cause and Effect with Defect-Free Systems, Universal Balance in Nature, and Universal Feedback Loop Mechanism—to address these gaps. By providing deterministic constraints, emergent stability principles, and self-correcting mechanisms, these laws can guide hypergraph evolution toward a complete, mathematically rigorous, and experimentally verifiable framework.
