The Algorithmic Structure of Nature
This book develops an alternative foundation for physics based not on predefined fields, particles, or fundamental equations, but on a discrete algorithmic system of interacting elements. The central claim is that many concepts usually taken as primitive in modern physics — including mass, charge, spacetime structure, and interaction laws — may instead arise as emergent consequences of an underlying generative mechanism. Starting from a systemic analysis of classical physics, quantum mechanics, relativity, and quantum field theory, the book introduces a minimal rule-based model and explores its physical consequences step by step. Within this framework, elementary particles are interpreted as stable structural configurations, while motion, fields, wave behaviour, gravitation, and quantum effects are treated as consequences of the evolving background structure rather than as irreducible givens. The approach further proposes structural accounts of phenomena usually described only formally, including spin, antimatter, entanglement, and the emergence of colour-like degrees of freedom in the strong interaction. A central aim of the work is not only conceptual reinterpretation, but quantitative reconstruction. The later chapters translate the model into explicit mathematical relations and use it to derive or analyse particle masses, decay lifetimes, characteristic excitation patterns, and several fundamental constants. In this way, the book advances the stronger thesis that at least part of what is currently postulated in physics may be calculable from deeper algorithmic structure. The result is a deliberately unconventional but systematic proposal: that the mathematical formalisms of physics may not be fundamental in themselves, but effective descriptions of a deeper discrete process. Whether this framework is physically correct remains an open question. Its purpose is to offer a coherent, falsifiable, and quantitatively productive alternative way of thinking about the structure of reality.
