Persons by match between skills and current/last main job and occupation (2024)

The indicator measures the match between the skills and the requirements of their current or last main job of people aged 15-34. 'Skills' refer to the comprehensive set of knowledge, abilities, competences and experience that a person has gained as part of all their education, training, learning, internships and working activities. The information is broken down by sex, age, educational attainment level and occupation. The indicator is based on the EU Labour Force Survey (EU-LFS) 8-yearly variables on "Young people on the labour market" surveyed in 2024.
