介護職の需要拡大と人手不足感の高まりなどを背景として，都市部を中心に介護職として派遣スタッフを活用する高齢者介護施設が増加している。限られた調査からその活用の現状を見ると，施設に直接雇用される職員と同様の仕事を任され，その後施設に職員として採用される派遣スタッフも少なくないなど，高齢者介護施設にとっては派遣スタッフが重要な戦力となっている。 他方，派遣スタッフからみると，仕事に関する指示が十分でない，仕事上のコミュニケーションがうまくとれないといった指摘があり，派遣を含めた多様な雇用形態のスタッフが活躍する高齢者介護施設においては，働き方にかかわらず意欲と能力を高
