くらしと仕事に関する外国籍市民調査，2018
本調査は，外国籍者の階層的地位を把握し，日本社会全体の階層構造の中に位置づけるとともに，そうした位置づけが何によって生じるのかを明らかにすることを目的に実施された。 日本における外国籍者の地位達成について，日本全体の階層構造との関連で検証する研究は，いまだ途上である。こうした研究の不足のもっとも大きな原因は，外国籍に対して無作為抽出による調査を行うことが極めて困難であったことである。しかし，2012年から外国籍者も住民基本台帳に掲載されるようになったため，調査の実施が可能な状態となった。 そこで本プロジェクトでは，日本全国に居住する外国籍者を対象とした無作為抽出による調査を
