Philosophy of Chance and Choice: A Manifesto for a New Ideological Framework Beyond Existentialism, Marxism, and Structuralism
This manifesto introduces the Philosophy of Chance and Choice as a new ideological framework that seeks to move beyond the limitations of Existentialism, Marxism, and Structuralism. It argues that human life is constituted by three levels: the natural accidents of birth and death (chance), the collective institutions and structures created by human beings (collective choice), and the individual decisions that shape personal trajectories (individual choice). Unlike existing philosophical traditions, this framework centralizes the role of chance while simultaneously recognizing the agency of choice at both collective and individual levels.
