Description ↔ Internal Phenomena Formalization
This paper connects interpretive method to the internal phenomena system by governing how signal, structure, and condition are described. It argues that internal phenomena must be described according to their layer without being inflated into authority or extended into explanation. The paper first clarifies signal as the layer of appearance, then structure as the layer of organization, then condition as the layer of lived experience. It then formalizes the methodological guardrails required to preserve these distinctions. Its contribution is not the rejection of interpretation, but the stabilization of descriptive discipline so that internal phenomena are not misrepresented or misused.
