Consilience as Criterion: Dual-Layered Reality Across Twelve Domains of Explanatory Power

Foundational metaphysical architectures are generally not directly testable as totalities by laboratory standards. An additional criterion of theoretical strength therefore becomes relevant: the capacity of a single structural architecture to generate coherent resolutions, reframings, conditional applications, and compatibility relations across multiple, previously disconnected domains. This essay presents Dual-Layered Reality (DLR) and Participant Status as the governing architecture, with the Boundary Error and Authorship Illusion as recurrent participant-to-author failure modes exposed by that architecture. It maps twelve domains in which the same master architecture repeatedly constrains the interpretation of long-standing paradoxes and explanatory problems, and it treats the internal stress-test battery of the corpus as additional cases of structural load-bearing. The twelve cases are not treated as twelve independent confirmations. Their significance depends on the independence of the domains, recurrence of the same structural commitments, the number of additional domain-specific assumptions required, and the epistemic role played by each application. The essay claims only that the pattern of consilience is visible and that recognition of the pattern is the first move required for serious evaluation of the architecture. No normative prescription is offered.
