本調査は，小・中学生の子どもをもつ保護者の家庭での子育て生活の実態，しつけや教育に関する意識を捉えることを目的として実施された。ベネッセでは，同じ目的での調査を1998年と2002年に実施しており，経年での比較による分析が可能となるよう配慮した上で調査設計がなされている。 本調査の特徴は，以下のようにまとめられる。 1．時代による変化の把握 2．小学1年生～中学3年生までの学年による違いを把握することができる 3．教育環境の変化に対する意識・行動をとらえるための新規項目の追加 ※提供さ
